This Site is operated by Friends of Jillian England (AKA FOJE), the committee to elect Jillian England for Washington State Senate, Legislative District 36. The Site provides information about Jillian England, her campaign positions, events, volunteer opportunities, and ways to support the campaign (including donations and contact forms). This Site is for informational and political purposes only and is not affiliated with any government entity.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

  • Harassing, abusing, or harming others;
  • Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code;
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, or connected networks;
  • Using the Site for any commercial purpose without prior written consent;

  • You acknowledge that certain donor information (name, address, employer, occupation for contributions over applicable thresholds) may be publicly reported as required by law.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted information or for any consequences arising from it.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design (except for third-party content or user submissions), is the property of Friends of Jillian England or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use or as otherwise permitted by law (e.g., fair use).

The "Jillian England" name, logo, and related marks are trademarks or service marks. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., Anedot for online donations, Substack, X/Twitter, or the donor information PDF). We do not control or endorse these third parties and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. 8. Political and Campaign Disclaimers

This website is paid for by Friends of Jillian England (AKA FOJE), the committee to elect Jillian England as defined on the C1. Contributions to the Committee are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. All contributions are subject to applicable limits and reporting requirements under Washington State law. 9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
